If any occupied night falls between 20 December and 31 March inclusive, the entire stay must run Saturday to Saturday in whole weeks (7, 14, 21 nights, and so on). This also applies when a stay crosses the seasonal boundary.

Flexible dates?
Outside this winter period, the current minimum is five nights: arrive on any weekday and depart on Saturday at 10:00 sharp, in person with Roland. Book or submit requests at least seven days before arrival. Different ordinary-season arrival or departure arrangements require Roland’s explicit approval; the minimum remains five nights and checkout must still be in person. We do not offer one- or two-night stays.

How does check-in work? +
Keyless: before arrival you receive a personal access link and a door code (Tedee lock, works without a smartphone too). Check-in from 4 pm — no key handover appointment needed.
Is winter Saturday to Saturday? +

Is the mia Surselva guest card included? +
Yes, every guest receives the card free of charge. In summer it covers the Brigels lifts, the lake lido and the region’s pools.
Is there parking? +
Yes: an in-house garage for one car up to 5 m and two reserved spaces in a parking garage 130 m uphill. A small driveway car must not project into the road and blocks the garage door. Please confirm suitability in advance.
How far are the lifts and Laax? +
The Brigels lifts are about 3 minutes away and the free ski bus stops near the house. The Laax/Flims ski area is a 20-minute drive.
Is the house suitable for children? +
Very: two bedrooms are dedicated kids’ rooms with bunk beds, plus a garden, games and a piano in the attic. The door code works for kids without phones too.
Are pets allowed? +
No, pets are not allowed at Casa Seglias. The house is also non-smoking.
What is included in the price? +
Linen, towels, WiFi, the guest card and kitchen basics are provided. Final cleaning is itemised separately in the booking quote. Check the total and the charges and conditions displayed for your booking channel before confirming. Standard check-in is self-service from 16:00.
